2017 Caravan GT, black over black, for now I will probably trade it for something else but it’s all they had at the site.

Will it burn out?

What, exactly, constitutes the “GT” package?

I have no idea but the infotainment system is terrible.

Interesting, I will report back if I can confirm.

probably a blacked-out grille, some // badging, and...
I haven’t used an FCA infotainment system lately (ever?) but most modern infotainment systems strike me as pretty terrible. In in IT and spend a lot of time thinking about user interfaces.

Depends on the type of infotainment system. I had a ‘17 SXT as a rental and it had a basic infotainment system that was like a standard Chrysler radio with a touch screen. The actual uConnect systems are actually some of the best on the market as far as looks and functionality.

It is uconnect but the screen layout is garbage, it reminds me of the vet system with the physical button layout around the screen. I will snag a picture before I head home.

Oh thats the “fake” uConnect. That was Chrysler saying, well give you uConnect but we’re not updating any of the radio at the same time. That version is god-awful to use when compared to the standard systems they use in all the updated models.

Can confirm that it is worse than early sync to use.

FCA this interface is shit, I don’t care about power doors and stow and go. If I buy a minivan it’s totally going to be a Japanese one.

Oh yeah that system sucks. Try pairing a phone with it. It’s damn near impossible

Fair enough, no way in hell am I pairing my phone to a rental car. This thing is going away if Enterprise has anything else that doesn’t suck.

I had one for 2.5 weeks and a 1500 mile road trip in between so I was trying to be responsible by pairing my phone while I had it and it literally would not work.
